IG4IT was born in São Paulo, Brazil in 2012, founded by three engineers — Igor Torres, Marvin Oliveira, and Thiago Borges — who shared a single conviction: businesses deserved better technology partners. The name is a commitment: IG4IT means we are In it for IT. We make IT happen.

In 2016, the company moved its headquarters to Annapolis, Maryland, expanding into the North American market while keeping its São Paulo roots alive as a full operational office. The move opened the door to the Mid-Atlantic enterprise market and a decade of growth across financial services, logistics, and fraud intelligence.

In 2022, IG4IT opened its European office in Waterford, Ireland, with Diego Rimonato joining the team to lead marketing strategy across all three markets. Today, the company operates across the Americas and Europe — never wavering from the principle that brought it here: choose the right technology for the job, not the most hyped or familiar — the right one.
