Igor is one of the three co-founders who started IG4IT in São Paulo, Brazil in 2012. The technical backbone of the company from day one, he leads all engineering and technology strategy. Igor's rare ability to bridge deep technical depth with clear business thinking — and his conviction that technology should be chosen by merit, not hype — is what gave IG4IT its defining philosophy.

Diego joined IG4IT in 2022 when the company opened its European office in Waterford, Ireland — bringing the marketing vision and brand strategy needed to take the company to a global audience. His background spans digital marketing, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise sales enablement. Diego has been instrumental in building IG4IT's brand presence across Maryland, Europe, and South America.

Thiago is one of the three co-founders who launched IG4IT in São Paulo in 2012. From the beginning he took ownership of operations — and as the company scaled from a Brazilian consultancy to a three-continent business, his operational discipline kept quality and delivery standards intact. He oversees delivery pipelines, client success, vendor relationships, and cross-office coordination across Maryland, Ireland, and Brazil.

Marvin is one of the three co-founders who built IG4IT from the ground up in São Paulo in 2012. He has managed the company's finances through every stage — from a lean Brazilian startup to a multi-currency, three-jurisdiction operation spanning the US, Ireland, and Brazil. His expertise in international compliance and technology venture finance ensures IG4IT grows sustainably without ever compromising financial discipline.
